Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Kefi, LLC, doing business as Kefi International ("Kefi"), including our risk assessments and advisory platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users who access or use our technology advisory services.

Advisory Role and Scope
Kefi acts as a vendor-agnostic technology partner. All assessments, spend reviews, and architectural designs are technical recommendations generated from internal benchmarks and client-furnished data. Final decisions regarding hardware sourcing, software licensing, and operational deployments are the sole responsibility of the client.

Proprietary Methodologies
All diagnostic tools, proprietary assessment frameworks, and audit methodologies utilized by Kefi are the exclusive intellectual property of Kefi International. Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use produced reports and optimization strategies for internal business purposes only.

Regulatory and Security Constraints
While Kefi advises on cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CMMC, HIPAA, PCI DSS), our services do not constitute legal advice or formal certification. Our role is to assist in the design and management of technical controls required to meet these standards. Final compliance validation must be performed by an independent auditing body.

Limitation of Liability
Kefi shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the failure of third-party specialist providers, hardware defects, or vendor licensing disputes. In no event shall Kefi's liability exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific advisory engagement from which the claim arises.

Jurisdictional Governance
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or our professional services shall be adjudicated exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the counties of Nassau or Suffolk, Long Island.
